Kum & Go plans new Des Moines HQ

DES MOINES, Iowa – Kum & Go will build a $151 million headquarters building in downtown Des Moines, relocating the company from West Des Moines.

Kum & Go is a rapidly growing regional convenience store chain owned by Krause Holdings Inc. The Iowa Economic Development Authority recently granted Krause Holdings tax benefits under the High Quality Jobs Program to create 90 jobs and retain 11 jobs at a qualifying wage of $25.52, according to a recent news release.

Krause Holdings also owns Solar Transport, a common carrier of fuels operating in 21 states.
