The custom information technology and consulting firm plans to add 1,014 workers during the next five years, said Matt Anderson, assistant city manager. The company employs about 400 people in two downtown offices.
The expansion would come in phases. First, the company plans to lease about 50,000 square feet in Two Ruan Center, a downtown high-rise that, until recently, had been plagued by high vacancy.
Later, it plans to move into two new office buildings in Gray’s Landing, a mixed-use development south of MLK Parkway.
